I'm giving 4 stars, but pretty much just because of being able to source an incredible hard to find part, which was huge for me. There were some niggles. A large delay in my order , after which my order was cancelled and I had to re order again due to a large very change required in shipping cost. The refund process cost me quite a bit, so I would suggest they have some way of asking people to pay more, rather than refund the whole amount , loosing the customer money and then having to pay again. I also ask that next time you ship something so heavy that the packaging is better. The transformer arrived with all the bolting mounts bent right in , due to the poor packaging. These were straightened out , the transformer installed and tested and my very expensive amp is now working again. So I am very happy with the end result. Thank you
