Genuine Customer

What a great service! I had previously ordered a bottle shelf for my daughter's fridge freezer from two other companies, neither of which were the correct items and so had to be returned, costing me around £25 in postage. I contacted Spares2Repair who were very helpful and sent me the correct item first time. I was so impressed, I asked them if they could find replacement parts for my Smeg fridge which has been in need of a new cheese box, lid, and salad box - and they sourced and supplied them first time. I won't go anywhere else again - these guys are great!

Genuine Customer

Ordered 3 replacement genuine items on Tuesday for my Smeg fridge/freezer which was in stock and paid for 2 day DPD delivery, and was a little disappointed they were not despatched until Friday and looked on my notification as if only 2 out of the 3 items was despatched. However, DPD let me know they would be delivering my parcel on Monday, so was very pleased when they delivered early on Saturday afternoon and on opening the parcel found all 3 items very well packed by Mikey. So all was great in the end.
