This is the second one of these springs I have bought for our dishwasher. The previous one broke a year or so back. On both occasions I received a very prompt delivery, for the latest within 24 hours of ordering it. Would thoroughly recommend this company. In both cases each time the spring broke there was a terrific bang, such is the strength of these springs. My wife was upstairs and thought I had dropped a pile of glasses on the floor. A word of warning if buying one of these springs. They are almost impossible to stretch by more than about a millimetre or so by hand. To install it you need to stretch it by around 2 inches (50mm). I made a special jig to stretch it so it went in easily. You will need to bear this in mind! I did take a photo of the jig, but there is no way to upload it here.
