This wasn't fully compatible with my KLF03CRUK unfortunately, which is one of the listed models that it should be compatible with. The other review mentions the same issue - the lid mechanism isn't compatible with the push button on the top part of the existing lid. The solution, as also mentioned by the other reviewer, was to take the existing mechanism from my old broken cover and swap it for the one in the new part, which necessitates clipping off some of the plastic on the new part. It also required some filing down of the tabs on the mechanism that poke out of the front as they were slightly narrower. It worked perfectly well after that, but it was not an ideal solution. If the mechanism had been broken on my old one, there would have been no way to get a replacement. I can't seem to find any replacements for the 'top' part of the lid online that would be compatible with this either. Genuine part but my kettle had a slightly different push button lid mechanism. I just had to cut two plastic pillars from the new one in order to match my existing one. Not too much trouble and considering this part doesn't seem to be available elsewhere I was very happy with the product, which arrived quickly and well packaged.
