Genuine Customer

I only found this screw on two other websites, that either had a higher price or longer delivery period. This even arrived earlier than I was quoted. So in comparison to what is out there I'm giving it 5 stars. However, few thoughts about all these spares websites in general - a minimum of £5 for a single screw the size of a pinky nail is obviously a rip off; standard delivery period of 3-5 days costing £5 too for something so miniscule and so light is obviously ridiculous. They should at least correct the delivery, for items such this to 1-2 days. I spent a week without a decent coffee whilst waiting for it. This screw is obviously for an old model of a coffee machine, so whoever orders it has an old coffee machine. It would have been easier to just buy a new coffee machine with a same day delivery. Also, if the overall cost was lower and the delivery was faster, I would probably be more careless when cleaning the machine and lose the screw more often and therefore order a new one m
