Genuine Customer

Ordered a replacement Power PCB for a Samsung TV, to replace a board that had a failure on the hot side. The refurbed replacement came quickly but when powered up the Main board and T-con came on but no backlight. Backlight Leds were ok so explaimed this to Dan who promptly agreed to send out a replacement which worked perfectly.
