The product arrived with great packaging, taking great care it arrives in one piece. Unfortunately the part was damaged before it was packaged. One of the plastic bits where you put the screws in was broken off. Now luckily I could replace the plastic frame with my original one. Still, this is not how it was advertised, so I have to knock it down a few stars.

Excellent service
I searched on the web parts to my TV Samsung Flat Parts and only had the part and the just one in the store. My TV works perfectly after replace the damage part. Delivery was quick, part was perfect. Certainly re-use FlatTVParts again.
