i'm from Portugal, and after going to samsung support, they asked me 470€ (panel problem they said). I got a friend with a similar model (c650) and switched all 3 boards, then found out was the t.-con part.
ordered from FlatTVParts.co.uk and with 29,90€ ports inclueded tv is fixed
i specially liked the fast and frequent emails, and the discounts (facebook coupon+points reddem), and the good tracking
only negative point i had, was the delivery, i paid for a 3-5 days delivery and got my piece in 8 days.
anyway... great service, i recommend it
