I ordered three new grease filters for an extractor fan. The Neff fan is quite old so I wasn’t sure whether they would be able to source them. I am so delighted when the filters arrived. Although it took a few weeks, the delay was worth it. I spoke to customer service and they were very helpful. Excellent company
