Our old Miele machine had standard 1.5 metre hoses, which were at their limit. I had to disconnect the hoses from the inlet and waste any time that I wanted to pull the washing machine out of its slot. With a new machine on the way, I wanted to do the job right and ordered this 2.5m outlet hose (I also found a 2.5m fill hose). It works perfectly of course. It's difficult to ignore the price, given the simplicity of the hose, but that's Miele's fault, not spares2repair. If it wasn't for the Miele-specific fitting on the machine, a cheap universal hose would suffice. But to do the job properly, this is really the only choice.
