I did not think I would find replacements for the TV I had in my Spanish house , and I was going to throw the TV away , , just tried one more time to see if I could get it to work , and it appeared to be a faulty switch on the side of TV , I think , as I still need to fit it , when back in Spain , as for the service I got from Flat TV , they found me the part , exact replacement , although a used one , and the updates you get are excellent on the progress of the order and delivery , as long as the part works OK , you would not find a better service from any company that Flat TV provided so far , well recommended B Williams [ Sutton Coldfield } May 2014
