Genuine Customer

I have a LG TV type 37LE4500-ZA that is 9 years old. A few days ago, it broke down and I tried to get LG technical service to repair it, paying what they asked me to do. His reply was that since the TV was so old, they didn't have spare parts for it, that what I had to do was throw it away and buy a new one. Since I did not like that answer, I searched the internet and found that this problem could be caused by a fault in the power supply board. I looked for how to get that card and found your website. This morning the shipment arrived and in half an hour the TV was working perfectly. Thanks for the good service.
