Genuine Customer

I have just fitted the replacement element and did a successful run of the dishwasher. The heating element unit was a perfect fit. Removing the old element was easier than expected and was done whilst the dishwasher remained in place, albeit disconnected from the electric supply. Access for removal was by taking off the bottom 'kicker plate' panel (4 screws). The element also came with the rubber grommet, small finger bracket, washer and nut.

Excellent site - the part number / serial number search engine is easy to use - Its a shame my nearby long established white goods repair shop doesn't use this site as it told me the heater element was "unavailable -discontinued " I know most folk will not repair a old Neff Dishwasher - but for £22.95 and postage - it lives again! Brilliant item - good price - good delivery !
