No problem with website, communication, or delivery (although surprised at the high postage cost for an item weighing less than 5kg). Sadly not so impressed with the genuine Siemens spare (Housing frame - Frame (Bosch Siemens) ES296044). All 26 M4 x 0.7mm threaded holes needed to be retapped before screws could be inserted. Luckily I'm a model engineer so had the correct tap!!!!!
