Ordered replacement freezer draw. Unfortunately, arrived with a large crack in it. When I raised this, it was replaced in 2 days, which was impressive. It was noticeable that the 2nd delivery had cardboard sleeves around the edges (rather than just paper packing). Using this on the first order might have avoided the original damage. thank you
