The item was as described and worked after replacing the old non-functional component. Strongly recommend taking a photo of the wiring before replacing as there are no instructions / wiring diagram but that’s not there issue. Saved replacing the whole Deep Fat Fryer as a result. One of very few places that I found the spares and at an extremely competitive price.
