Genuine Customer

Arrived quickly and safely thankyou. Our Krups coffee maker was bought in Germany around 1992 and is still in good condition, although the jug was broken recently. The new jug is a perfect replacement, but the cover is apparently designed for a later different model, as the raised part in the centre does not fit under the outlet of the machine. The original lid has an indentation and does fit, although it doesn't clip on to the handle.

I was looking for a replacement glass jug for my basic Krups filter coffee machine, purchased from a European store. I was having trouble finding a spares site that could identify the correct size for this machine. This site found the correct one using the machine model code and (most importantly) a picture that confirmed the smaller pot that my machine required. Even better, it was in stock! The jug arrived quickly and is now in use. Many thanks.
