Glad i found this company as Beko wanted a big call out charge. The fridge freezer has been great apart from this part. Its broke 3 times in 3 years and it doesn't really get used that much. Anyway, you don't need an engineer to fit this. I thought removing the old one would be hard but it wasn't. I simply took two normal kitchen knives and gently pushed the knife end in above the 'W' and 'r' on the word water dispenser. You then , again gently, push the knives upwards and the dispenser will pop out. The new one then just pops into place, overall 10 minutes. Overall a good product, just a pity it only seems to last about 12 months. Spares2repair also sent this item really quick even in lockdown, very impressed and would use them again.
