Was after a replacement needle for my Sony PS-LX43P, found one on another website, didn't agree with the turntable at all. Purchased one from here that was noted as compatible, works fantastic. The needle came quickly and was well packaged, would definitely recommend these guys. No issues but I'm sure I would have gotten solid help if something had been wrong.
