At the moment Coronavirus is not impacting our staff's ability to manage our warehouse inventory or ship orders out of our facility to customers, however, some delays may be possible on certain items.
In Store collections are now unavailable, all orders must be received via delivery.
Phone support is unavailable due to support staff working from home, please contact us online.
Our staff are being well looked after and provided with PPE where applicable, distancing between staff is being observed and all staff who are working on site want to be there and work to serve our customers. Our staff our amazing!

Royal Mail are prioritising their Special Delivery service, which in our shipping options is classed as Express. However, please note that all delivery companies are under great pressure at the moment and please be understanding if your item is late, we are all doing our best.
Please be understanding that we are all working as fast as we can.
In the "Shopping Cart" you can see below the Item Name a warehouse is listed. All items in Warehouse 1 and 2 have no despatch delay. 98% of Warehouse 3 items have no despatch delay, a small % of products in warehouse 3 may be delayed by 24 hours.
Certain manufacturers based in Italy are obviously not operating at full capacity, so certain back order items may take longer to arrive than normal. However, we have a large stock holding available and currently we are not experiencing any supply issues due to the situation in Italy.
