Old IssuesWarehouse (03/01/2020): Our logistics partner DHL, failed to deliver items to us on the agreed date during the Holiday period resulting in Warehouse transfer and Direct from Manufacturer items being delayed. We apologise for this on behalf of DHL who as of yet have not given us a reason for their inability to deliver at the agreed time.
Delivery (03/01/2020): Our delivery partner Royal Mail, failed to collect all mail from our primary warehouse on the 3rd of January. Our normal collection time is after Royal Mail close their phone lines, so unfortuantely we have not been given a reason for this failed collection. We apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for this failure.
